By Booking a service with SaffarKaro, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking. These terms apply to all travel packages, tours, transportation, accommodation, and other services provided by SaffarKaro
“We”, “Our”, “Us”: Refers to SaffarKaro, the provider of travel services. “You”, “Your”: Refers to the customer, who is booking or using the services provided by us. “Services”: Refers to the travel services we provide, which include but are not limited to booking flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel-related services. “Booking”: The process of reserving services through us, either online or via other communication methods.
Information We Collect
To make a reservation, you must complete the online booking form or contact our customer service team. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Your booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (via email or other communication methods). No reservation is final until confirmed.
- A deposit (as specified during booking) is required to confirm your reservation. The full balance is due no later than [Before 7 Days on Travel date], or as otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Payments can be made via [UPI, Net banking, Bank Transfer].
- If payment is not received by the due date, SaffarKaro reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy.
All prices are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change prior to payment confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, the price will be guaranteed unless there are changes made by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, Cabs, etc.) or in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under specific circumstances, subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds may be granted for the following reasons:
Service Cancellations by the Company: If we cancel your booking for any reason not caused by you (e.g., changes in supplier availability, force majeure events), you are eligible for a refund in accordance with the conditions stated in this policy.
Service Failures: If a booked service (e.g., a tour, accommodation, flight, etc.) does not meet the standards advertised or agreed upon, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government restrictions that affect your travel, refunds may be processed, but the amount refunded will depend on the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact the Company immediately after the issue arises (e.g., cancellation, service failure, etc.). You can do this via email, phone, or through our website’s contact form. Provide your booking reference number, detailed reason for the refund request, and any supporting documents (e.g., emails, receipts, proof of cancellation) as required. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive confirmation from the Company regarding the status of your refund. The Company will process your refund according to the terms of this policy. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually 3 – 7 business working days, depending on the payment method used. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services provided by the Company or its third-party suppliers are non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to:
For certain bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Many airline tickets are subject to strict refund policies and may not be refundable. In the case of a refundable ticket, the airline’s refund policy will apply. Some hotel reservations or vacation rentals may be non-refundable, especially during peak seasons or for discounted rates. Please check the hotel’s cancellation policy before booking. Certain tours, excursions, or event tickets may be non-refundable due to vendor restrictions, especially if booked close to the event date or after the ticket has been issued. If you purchase travel insurance through a third-party provider, the premium is typically non-refundable. Please consult the insurance provider’s policy for more details.
Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds will typically be processed within 3 to 7 business working days from the date of approval. The exact timeframe may vary depending on:
The method of payment used. The service providers involved. Bank processing times for credit/debit card refunds or bank transfers. The Company will provide updates on the status of your refund request and inform you of any additional processing times.

Cancellations and Modifications
Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellation is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
Changes to Booking: Any changes to the original booking, such as changing dates or services, may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Cancellation by SaffarKaro: In the rare event that SaffarKaro must cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund or an alternative offer (where possible).
Additional Terms for Group Bookings
For group bookings, a separate set of terms may apply, including but not limited to group discounts, payment schedules, and cancellation policies. These terms will be outlined in the group booking agreement.
Travel Documents and Identification
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents (Adhar-Card, Passport, Visas, etc.) and comply with any government requirements for entry and travel to your destination.
Please check the details of your booking confirmation for accuracy, including personal information, dates, and other details. We are not responsible for any errors in travel documents provided by the customer.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected situations. SaffarKaro is not liable for any issues that could have been covered by insurance.
Liability and Responsibility
SaffarKaro acts as an agent for the services provided (e.g., Tour and Trek Packages, Holidays Packages, Hotels, and Transport providers). We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or damages arising from the services provided by third parties.
We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other travelers or local communities. Any behavior that causes damage to property or endangers others may result in the termination of your trip without any refund.
Code of Conduct
You agree to behave in a respectful manner during your trip and follow the rules and guidelines set by local authorities, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators. If you are unfit for travel due to illness or other reasons, you should notify us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are disruptive or pose a health risk to others.
Complaints and Disputes
If you encounter any issues during your travel, you must contact the service provider (e.g., tour operator, Destination Expert) directly to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved, please inform the Company as soon as possible for further assistance. In the event of a dispute, the Company will seek to resolve it amicably. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, and the laws of India will apply.
Special Requests and Customization
The Company will attempt to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, room preferences, etc.), but these cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to inform the Company of any specific needs at the time of booking.
If you are booking a customized travel package, the Company will work with you to tailor your experience. Customized bookings may require additional deposits and have different cancellation policies.
Privacy and Data Protection
By making a booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by the Company for the purposes of booking and managing your travel arrangements. The Company will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. Your personal information may be shared with third-party suppliers (e.g., Airlines, Railways, Hotels, Cabs etc.) for the purpose of fulfilling your booking, but it will not be sold to third parties without your consent.
Miscellaneous
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next booking. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
